If you are looking for a family photographer to capture your family in a playful, happy way with colourful, vibrant photos then you’re in the right place! I have a huge passion for capturing the true connection and love between a family and steer away from stiff awkward poses.

My family photo packages are super simple to keep it nice and easy. I have two packages to suit every budget. These shoots are suitable for family photos, pregnancy and maternity shoots, pre-wedding photos, engagement photos, THE proposal, anniversary photos, just the kids - you name it, I’ll produce beautiful photos for you! I have a huge passion for meeting people and capturing a time in their life with my camera to create photo memories that they’ll treasure forever.

My shoots are a mixture of lifestyle and posed. That means, for the majority of the shoot, I want you to be YOU: Play, giggle, kiss, cuddle - have FUN whilst I photograph you. But I’ll make sure to get those mantelpiece photos of your family smiling at the camera for Grandma too! My photography is bright, colourful and fun. Seasonal Mini Photo Shoots (Harrogate Blossom & Autumn)

Throughout the year I sometimes offer seasonal mini photo shoots. In the past these have taken place in the Harrogate cherry blossom tress, sunflower field and the yellow autumn leaves. These sessions are offered to my mailing list first and the remaining sessions are advertised on my social media pages. The photo shoots are back to back with other families and are a short shoot for a cheaper price so perfect for families on a budget! Frequently Asked Questions

+ Where will our family portrait session take place?

I shoot all my portrait sessions on location around the Harrogate district. You are welcome to choose the location of your photo shoot but if you are stuck for ideas I can give you some suggestions and help you decide. I am lucky to have so many beautiful places on my doorstep and so I am never short for ideas.

+ How long is a photo session?

My sessions last 45 minutes. I find that it is the perfect amount of time to explore an area and get a variety or lots of beautiful photographs.

+ What should we wear?

This is totally up to you but I find plain-coloured, simple clothes work best. You want to be comfortable and feel natural in what you've chosen to wear so something you'd wear day to day is fine. Photos always look great if your family's outfits compliment each other without matching.

+ How do I book a shoot?

+ Who are your portrait shoots for?

Anyone and everyone. I do family portrait shoots, maternity shoots, newborn shoots, couple shoots and more! Get in touch and we can discuss your unique requirements.

+ How do we choose which photographs we would like?

I will upload a viewing gallery on to my website within 2-3 weeks of your shoot so that you can have a look through. You can then choose which images you would like as part of your package and are welcome to order more digital images, photo prints and canvases.

+ Can we bring our dog to the photo session?

Absolutely! I love dogs and I'd be sad if they missed out on the shoot - afterall, they're part of the family! If you want them in some photos and not others, you can always bring an external family member to take them off after a few photos.

+ Can I book session for a friend as a present?

Of course - you can buy a voucher for a friend and then your friend can book their session once they receive the voucher.

+ Do you require a deposit?

Yes. I ask for 50% upon booking and the final payment to be made no later than the day before the shoot.
